At the second annual Powder7 Adventure Van Meetup, several folks asked why a ski shop hosts a rendezvous of tricked-out rigs and their rambling owners. It’s pretty straight forward: just like we really like skiing, we really like adventure vans.
So why not facilitate the coming-together of rig builders, #Vanlife lovers, and general adventure fans?
The 2018 installment of one of our favorite events was all about variety. Home-builds, buffed-out custom designs, luxurious add-ons, 4X4 capabilities—even a classic Westy! Builders Adventure Vehicle Concepts and TouRig showed off their handiwork alongside wizened travellers and athletes. Sprinters and Transits basked in the sun to be admired. Intel and tips were shared along with stories from the open road.
