Their popular Ranger series continues to rule lift lines and freeride comps, while the Nightstick offers freestylers high performance in and out of the park. And for our firm snow skiers? A whole line of frontside skis depending on what flavor you&#8217;re looking for on the frontside. This year, Fischer&#8217;s bringing a new ski to the table, while also making some nice updates. Dive into our Fischer skis 2027 preview for all the details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s New <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing. Literally, the Nothing is a new addition to Fischer&#8217;s freeride lineup. They&#8217;ve been a little cage-y about what&#8217;s going on in this ski, but that&#8217;s nothing our eyeballs can&#8217;t try to solve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This ski slots into the mid-fat big-mountain category at right around ~112mm underfoot. It&#8217;s got a similar shape and look to their popular <strong>Ranger <\/strong>skis, with a similar metal shape. Check out Matt&#8217;s first look video on the Nothing for more details of how it feels on snow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2026-2027 Fischer Nothing Quick Review | Powder7\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HM1TjQlRuVs?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/www.powder7.com\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>We do have more to say about Fischer&#8217;s revamped <strong>Curv <\/strong>lineup. This is Fischer&#8217;s firm snow lineup, with a wide range of carvers and frontside skis in various waist widths. While the lineup isn&#8217;t changing too much on the ski model side, they are adding a cool piece of tech to all the Curvs: Noize Control. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s essentially a dampening agent that helps quiet vibrations in the snow. Fischer worked with violinists to learn more about vibrations on wood surfaces (like a ski&#8217;s wood core). These skis have always ridden extremely planted and smooth,  and now they run even smoother than before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"135\" src=\"https:\/\/www.powder7.com\/ski-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/fischer-skis-27-3-rotated.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.powder7.com\/ski-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/fischer-skis-27-3-rotated.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.powder7.com\/ski-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/fischer-skis-27-3-300x54.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>No changes on the <strong>Ranger <\/strong>line, aside from a special edition <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powder7.com\/Fischer-Ranger-102-Skis-LTD-183cm-New-Flat-2026\/for-sale\">Ranger 102 LTD.<\/a> <\/strong>This funky graphic is a special run for the rest of the season.
