Rossignol Skis 2026: The First Look<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A couple of seasons ago, Rossignol blew our freeride ski socks off with the drop of a brand new ski: the Sender Free 110<\/a>. <\/strong>Skiers across the spectrum of playful and charge-y rejoiced\u2014the ski managed to balance predictability and support for hard-charging with a shape that pivoted, slashed, and smeared to your heart’s content. This year, Rossignol brings some of the magic to a brand new ski in the line, along with a few other special models. What’s New<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The big news on the street (and flying in hot in fuschia) is the new Sender Free 100<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong> This takes the construction and shape of the 110 and turns it into a min-me with the 100. Not much is different about the bones of the ski vs the 110. It has tip and tail rocker and splay (with Air Tip upfront), and Rossi’s performance wood core. This ski feels planted underfoot, but offers great rebound when popping in and out of turns.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You might be wondering, how does this ski differ from the hot of the press Sender Soul 102<\/a><\/strong>? Well, despite the additional rocker at the rear, the tail shape is more directional. When you’re on edge, this ski feels locked in. Compared to the Soul, it feels a little less willing to skid turns. The turn radius is quite a bit longer as well\u2014with a 16m turn radius in the Sender Soul 102 in a 180cm, with the Sender Free 100 at 18m in the 178cm (despite being a shorter ski). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Arcade 94 is the new widest ski in the series.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In other news, we found ourselves loving the new Arcade 94<\/strong>. This is a new addition to the all-mountain carving line, with a wider chassis and more rocker up front. This ski was damp, carved hard, but more intuitive in bumps than we imagined. You’ll find an identical women’s Arcade 94 W <\/strong>that holds the same construction. The Arcade 88<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>and 84 <\/a><\/strong>stick around with the same graphics. The 88 is stiffer, while the 84 is more nimble, agile, and easier to get around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Highlights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Sender Soul 102<\/a><\/strong> and Rallybird Soul 102<\/a><\/strong> that dominated best-in-test this season return unchanged, along with the other Sender skis in the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
