This year, Smith Optics introduces the revolutionary Aerocore\u2122 Technology, featuring Koroyd\u00ae impact material. Combining traditional EPS based helmet core construction with Koroyd, Aerocore offers distinct and critical benefits over traditional EPS-only helmet construction. Manufactured in Germany, this new technology will “afford a significant and even astonishing level of protection.” Improved energy absorption, increased airflow with fully integrated ventilation, reduced weight, and better eco-friendly attributes integrated into our Vantage and Vantage Women’s helmets. In some helmets the honeycomb material is bright and noticeable but it also comes in a black for the less flashy skier or boarder.<\/p>\n
