We said that a year ago, and it&#8217;s as true today as it was then. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahead of last season, Blizzard re-imagined one of the most fundamental parts of ski construction: the wood core. Their TruBlend construction places hard wood (beech) where you need power and stability and softer\/lighter poplar in the skis&#8217; extremities to give skis a more even and more balanced flex. On snow, that new build checked out.
