- Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging
- Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
- Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

This Ski Is A Staff Favorite:
If you are looking for a damp ski to absolutely crush groomers and hard pack days on look no further. The Sender Ti is one of the more stable, and chargy skis I skied this year. The Titinal in the core keeps edges engaged in fast turns, but doesn't make the skis feel heavy. They are surprisingly agile and I had no issue whipping them around in tree runs and moguls either. At 5' 10" 170lb the 178 cm size fit like a dream. These would be a great ski for skiers at almost any level from beginner to advanced.

When you aren’t sure what conditions you might find out there, the Rossignol Sender 94 Ti is an easy choice to take out. Formerly known as the Escaper (but no construction changes), the new name now points out a very important feature: titanal! A thin metal sheet sandwiched in the core helps dampen vibrations and inconsistencies in the snow to give you a better ride, while also enhancing edge grip. Air Tip technology keeps the swing weight light and easy to initiate your next turn with, while also helping the ski rise above any soft snow you might uncover out there. Incredibly nimble with a light weight and quick 94mm underfoot, finding yourself in a tight spot is no big deal. An ideal ski for a progressing intermediate looking to turn things up a notch, or advanced skiers looking for something a little less demanding with good suspension, the Sender 94 Ti can be a top pick for skiers across the board.
