If playful is the game, the Jessie 96 is the name. I've skied the Jessie many times, and I like it more and more each time. There's a ton of rocker in the tip and tail, so I would not call this a groomer ski. It definitely does better in a little bit of powder and off-piste, but it still handles well on groomed runs, that is if you're not looking to race Dale Earnhardt. I grew up surfing and snowboarding, so I really appreciate (and look for) skis like this - it makes me feel at home, and who doesn't like that? It surfs on top of the snow, and makes trees feel like a breeze. Since the Jessie has so much rocker, I recommend sizing a little up, especially if you're in between lengths.

2020 ON3P Jessie 96 Description:

Lady shredders from coast to coast have unpacked one latent fallacy that has lingered around the ski industry since the beginning of time. You do not have to be a dude to ski with legit freeski style. The ON3P Jessie 96, built in Portland, Oregon, sets the standard for these keen women. Built with abundant rocker and taper plus tipped-up tails, the Jessie knows nothing better than stylish freeride skiing. It can slide boxes and rails, butter your toast, and still slay anything you want to ski down. Thick construction helps the skis bust through crud and chopped up powder, while the Elliptical Rocker and Hybrid Sidecut keep things smooth on groomers and in the soft stuff. Just try to keep up, fellas.
