- New items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until February 1st (used demo skis are not included)
- Items falling under this policy must be received back at our warehouse no later than February 15th
- Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging
- Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
- Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- Option 3: Use your own shipping label
- You can ship the item back to us through any major carrier, covering the cost of return shipping yourself
- Your name and order confirmation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and within the box
- You will receive a full refund upon receipt
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We're happy to send extra pictures or talk with you about products in detail before we ship them to ensure you're purchasing a product that is best for you
- All original shipping costs are non-refundable for international shipments/returns

The durable Lofoten Gore-Tex Jacket is Norrona’s most versatile waterproof ski/snowboard jacket developed for big mountain freeride. This cleaner, versatile version of the iconic Lofoten Gore-Tex Pro is made in a special 40D Gore-Tex recycled fabric with a knitted interlock backer for extra comfort. This provides excellent weather protection in a softer and more breathable product. It has the shortest cut of the Lofoten Gore-Tex jackets and has a regular, slightly shorter and boxier fit. The spacious napoleon chest pockets will not interfere with backpacks and the hand warming pockets will provide extra storage.

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.
