We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Topsheets: Fair condition with substantial scratching on the topsheet surface and nicks along the topsheet edges from being used approximately 35 days. Functionally 100%.
Bases: Bases are in good to fair condition with scratching, a few deeper scratches, and several small scrapes that have been refilled with ptex. These skis are freshly tuned, waxed, and ready for snow, although many scratches are still visible.

Our Take:
If you find yourself off trail more often than on, but aren't skiing mega deep powder all the time (which, let's be honest, is most of us), the new Nordica Unleashed 98 W should be on your radar. Featuring the same terrain-specific metal in the other ladies' skis from Nordica, this gives you metal in the tip, tail, and underfoot, keeping you balanced when dealing with variable snow and smooths the ride out. Instead of a full sheet of metal though, precise zones are cut out to let the ski flex where you want it to and give a more playful feel. A longer effective edge, but big tip and tail splay simultaneously keeps the ski maneuverable while still feeling locked in when you need to. The 98 in particular will feel at home anywhere on the mountain, quick to wiggle through tight trees, bumps, and groomers, and happy to slash the powder when it does roll into town. If you are looking for something a little more easy going than 104 Free, but more playful than the other Santa Ana skis, the Unleashed 98 fits that gap seamlessly.
