- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items must be re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.

- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned product(s), minus $10 for the prepaid return shipping label provided by Powder7. Please note: any outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
- Once we receive the return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

You’re driving west on I-70 and just emerged from the Eisenhower-Johnson tunnel. It’s in stark contrast from the clear roads and calm weather on the drive up; the road is snow covered and the wind is smothering any semblance of previous vehicle tracks. Visibility is marginal at best but you keep telling yourself that you just need to make it to Silverthorne and the worst will be behind you. In the rearview mirror, you see an ominous cloud of snow; you can’t quite make out what it is. White-knuckled on the steering wheel, you keep glancing back; you see headlights. You look forward; blowing snow. You glance back; it’s only a couple hundred feet behind you now. Eyes forward; white void. The Nordica Unleashed 108’s are the embodiment of that Subaru; more than capable to travel at ludicrous speed while being exceptionally stable in chopped up, less-than-perfect, variable snow.
