- Option 1: Bring the item to our store in Golden, Colorado for a full refund
- Option 2: Use a printable FedEx return label provided by Powder7:
- You are responsible for handing the package off at your local FedEx Office
- We do not provide return labels for any carrier other than FedEx
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover the cost of the return label provided by Powder7.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the new item if you would like to return it.
- Items may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- All items are to be sent back in a protective box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Returned items that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging, tags, etc., will be refused and sent back to you.
- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

Nordica Enforcer 110 Free means business. As in the kind of back-room business full of power moves, counteroffers, and knuckle-crushing handshakes. These skis are not trying to be part of the lightweight freeride trend. No sir. They stick to their guns, flying down bowls and steeps, getting pitted in the deep stuff, and blowing through crud and slow signs. You can rely on them in hairy places - but they also want to play. Thank a smart blend of metal with lightweight balsa wood in the core plus powder rocker and a twin-tip profile. If you are a Western skier who chases powder with a vengeance on lift-accessed hot laps, The Enforcer 110 Free could be your one ski for everything. Time to lay down the law.
