- Once a pair of new skis has been mounted, it cannot be returned.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your new boots if you would like to return them.
- Ski boots may only be returned exactly as they were when we sent them to you, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box within a shipping box.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

There's debate about which passport is the best to have. USA? Japan? UAE? The correct answer is the K2 Passport. The engineers at K2 built the Passport to be versatile in every way for all-mountain freeride fun, giving you access to unexplored terrain all over the hill. The K2 Passport offers a multitalented shape for all kinds of terrain, from the groomers and off-trail powder hunting, to afternoon park laps with the crew. The shape runs slightly wide and features 8mm of taper to keep turning easy and increase float in deeper snow. The board is directional but doesn't lock you into one shape. The construction is loaded with K2's fiberglass and carbon reinforcements for precision with extra snap and pop. K2 uses their lightweight A1 core, a blend of three woods for the perfect balance of lightweight while remaining supportive and damp for speed and spicy conditions. For one board to tick all the boxes, the K2 Passport is a ticket you should punch.
