Alpine tour into the backcountry and jib off the natural features on your way down? The Tonic is, well, your Tonic. As part of the Mountain Series, the Tonic is light enough to tour comfortably, but is built to have a no compromise ride when descending. The construction of the Tonic is the G3 Joyride and is Poplar Wood sandwiched with lightweight fiberglass and boxed in with dual density sidewalls that suck up nasty vibrations. With this construction, you can expect a fat ski that tours well and shines as you boot off every natural feature you encounter. The Tonic has a camber profile that G3 calls Early Rise 2.5. The tip and tail have moderate rockered curvature paired with positive camber underfoot. With this modern camber profile, skiing is enhanced in the mixed backcountry conditions you will encounter.
