- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, or marked—or without the original box and a shipping box—will be refused and sent back to you.
- We recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before you go outside.
- When the return is processed, you will receive a full refund.
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it.
- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.
- Once you use other used gear it cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

I have been using the Snowman Bibs for close to two seasons now as my everyday, do everything ski pant and I love them! On cold days the insulation has helped keep me warm and happy, while on the warm days it does not feel bulky or stiflingly hot. The side vents are great for letting in some airflow when needed (especially on a long tour). They have that classic Flylow durable exterior in a relaxed fitting shape. Manufacturing Defects
We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.
