- New ski boots may only be returned in their original new condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Boots must be returned inside their original undamaged boot box and re-packaged within a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned boots that arrive used, damaged, marked, or without all original packaging and a shipping box, will be declined and sent back to you.
- We always recommend trying on your new boots indoors to make sure they fit before taking them outside.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for that refund transaction to appear on your account statement.

- Once you ski on a pair of demo skis they cannot be returned.

We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. If you’re anything like me, you have to ski on a twin. The Playmaker 91 is Elan’s offering and it’s a really good one. With the same Tubelite Woodcore and Carbon Rods as the famous Ripstick, the Playmaker offers skiers the same lightweight feel and versatility in a ski that can tear up the terrain park, side hits, and tight glades. Though it loses the Amphibio profile of its directional brother, the Playmaker shines in its poppy-ness, progressive flex, and ability to ski switch with great edge hold. Additionally, at just 1,630 grams in the 180 length, it's a fantastic twin-tip option for a hybrid or touring setup.

The Elan Playmaker 91 skis like it came to party. The Playmaker is a twin tip alternative to the rest of Elan's lineup, and delivers as a freestyle focused all-mountain ski. A capable all-mountain ski that allows you to color outside the lines. This narrower version effortlessly slices through bumps, carves snappy arcs, and pops and jibs with zesty freestyle flavor and reckless abandon. We recommend the Playmaker for advancing skiers looking for something intuitive, smooth, and not demanding. We also recommend it for advanced-to-expert skiers hell-bent on skiing the mountain like it’s a McDonald’s PlayPlace. Updated for 2025, the Playmaker 91 gets a stiffer tail, just to add some support for rounding out those turns. You'll still butter and jib with the best of them.
