We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Watch Our Demo Ski Ratings Explained:
If you claimed that the mad geniuses at DPS are making some of the best big mountain skis in the world, you would get no argument from me. So, when I tell you that the women-specific Zelda 106 is perhaps the most versatile of the bunch, it's worth listening. The Zelda floats better in untracked snow than the skinnier Nina 99, and is quicker edge-to-edge on variable surfaces than the wider Yvette 112. It has the same PaddleTech shape that makes those sister skis so smooth and precise (featuring a tapered sidecut blended with the perfect amount of rocker) and shares their sturdy backbone for when the snow takes a turn for the firm. Navigating bumps and tight trees at the speed of thought, then effortlessly surfing in powder, the Zelda 106 is the perfect, versatile companion for skiers who like to color both inside and outside the lines.Alchemist is the next step in the evolution of DPS's groundbreaking Pure3 carbon skis and the finest example of their relentless pursuit of innovation. The Alchemist construction uses vibration-tuned aerospace carbon and premium Aspen wood cores for a smoother ride and more progressive flex, without compromising the power and precision skiers have come to expect from DPS carbon skis. The end result is the ultimate piece of lightweight versatility.Ski Features:Core: Aspen wood with pure prepreg carbon fiberProprietary dampening additivesTextured polyamide topsheetFull UHMW sidewallsWide profile Rockwell 48 steel edgesFastest and hardest World Cup race basesPaddle Tech tapered sidecut
