This Ski Is A Staff Favorite:

The Bent Chetlers are fun playful ski that would be the choice for a person that enjoys a softer ski in 95 to 105 waist width range. In the early season conditions that I was riding in, it was not the ski of choice. But with that said, it held a solid enough edge at moderate speed as the snow started to refreeze for me to consider it a one ski quiver.

The smaller of the Bent Chetlers rides like you would expect it to, a narrower version of the insanely fun, poppy, and capable Bent Chetler 120. No metal in this ski, but that won’t stop it from crushing groomers and hardpack as easily as it floats through the deep stuff. It also helps to have pro skier/artist/rad dude Chris Bentchetler designing custom artwork for the topsheet. A true one-ski quiver, this could be your daily driver at the resort, your pow day ski, or your lightweight backcountry setup when you aren’t feeling the crowds and lift lines.

Our Take On The 2016 Atomic Bent Chetler:

The perfect ski for accomplished backcountry freeriders. This ski was designed by pro skier Chris Bentchetler. A 120mm waist paired with tip and tail rocker provide ample float in powder. A stiffer tail provides the necessary support to stick switch landings off cliffs and other natural features. Camber underfoot and a sidewall construction create the performance required to ride the frontside back to the lift line. This ski features new HRZN Tech, which blends ABS sidewall construction with revolutionary horizontal rocker, adding 10% more surface area to the tips and tails without sacrificing swing weight. This new technology also tracks through chop and crud with less tip deflection, meaning you'll have a much more stable ride in variable snow conditions. Drop in and go big with the Atomic Bent Chetler!

Atomic Bent Chetler Reviews:

  Glorious All Mountain Ski

These skis perform really well on the resort and I enjoy them most in the terrain park. Even at a 100mm width, I am still able to bring them out on a powder day and not go head over heels. Personally, I've taken them on some spring/summer adventures because they're lightweight and turn swiftly in tight couloir situations. After skiing heavily on these for a whole season + some, I haven't had any major issues with the overall durability.
