The Atomic Automatic 117 is a ski for the deepest days. It is the brainchild of pro skiers Sage Cattabriga-Alosa and Dana Flahr who were looking for big mountain powder performance. The 2016 Automatic 117 features a 117mm waist, Titanium Sprocket Power Boosters, Powder Rocker, and Powder Rocker profile. It is steep enough for aggressive skiing on deep storm days or riding big mountain spines. This ski also can deliver on harder snow due to the positive camber underfoot. The Light Woodcore lowers the ski's weight without sacrificing shock absorption or stability.
Powder Rocker: 30% tip rocker, 55% camber, 15% tail rocker
Step Down Sidewall
Light Woodcore: Poplar and Caruba wood
Weight without bindings: 2210g @ 186cm
