The JJ is by far the most versatile ski in the Armada Line. Take a ski that can slay the powder and still lay trenches on the hard pack and you begin to understand the JJ. Using the same materials and Big Mountain construction as the Norwalk, the JJ adds EST Freeride Rocker profile, which rocks a healthy dose of rocker in the tip and tail and maintains enough positive camber underfoot to carve. The ski is significantly lightened up with a Hybrid Ultralight Core, using light weight wood with preinstalled ABS layers alongside the core for strength, and AR50 Construction, which is a cap at the tip and tail and sidewall underfoot. To stiffen the ski, a bidirectional fiberglass sheet overlays the core. The 2014 JJ is updated without the Carbon Kevlar Stringer in the tail for a more forgiving ride and now has Armada''s fastest base- the Comp Base. The JJ is nimble and fast edge to edge with a shorter turning radius than the Magic J. So float, jib, boot, or carve, the JJ will perform. There is a reason that this ski is hailed from the far corners of the Rockies as a true one ski quiver. Ride the JJ. Smile a lot!
