Check out our preview of 2020 Fischer skis.
Highlights from the 2019 Fischer skis lineup:
New Rangers in Town
Fischer’s Ranger series has built a well-earned reputation as the type of all-mountain/big-mountain ski that grizzled, old-school rippers refer to as a “real ski.” The line returns in 2019 with a new 102mm-waisted version that profiles as a go-to one-ski-quiver for aggressive, directional skiers.
Fischer also adds a Ranger that measures 92mm at the waist and is oriented for teen skiers.
For 2019, Fischer also dives into the alpine-performance touring boot scene with the release of the Ranger Free 130.
At a weight on-par with other leaders in the category—think of the Salomon MTN Lab, Scarpa Maestrale RS, and Atomic Hawx—the Ranger Free aims to offer premium skiability in a sleek, intuitive, and well-built package.
Like Dynafit’s hyped Hoji Pro Tour, the Ranger Free features Grilamid construction and 55 degrees of cuff rotation.
