If you are between sizes, opt for the larger size. Most Smith helmets that we sell are equipped with the BOA system, which allows you to fine-tune the fit. Also consider if you'll be wearing a thin hat under your helmet.

Head cirmcumference should be measured around your head where a baseball cap would typically sit.
