We make returns easier than the bunny slope:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and if you are not satisfied then we will happily refund you for your item once it is returned to us.

Please notify us within 7 days for used items and 30 days for new items of receiving your order that you wish to return it. If you want to return an item, please call us at 303.237.SKIS(7547) on Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. Saturday 10am-4pm. We are closed on Sundays.. Or email us at info@powder7.com.

After you contact us we will send you a UPS return label via email. Simply affix the label to the box and hand it to your UPS carrier or bring it to a UPS Store.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item once the item is received back at our warehouse. We cover the return shipping for orders within the United States.

Returned merchandise must be shipped back packed in the same way in which it was shipped from us.

Canadian customers wishing to return a product must send the product back via Canada Post/USPS.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Please note that products must be returned prior to use.
