Colorado born and raised, Rocky Mountain Underground or RMU was founded in Breckenridge, Colorado on the belief that handmade, American made skis are simply the best. Converting an old garage into a small ski factory the guys and gals began to create top-notch skis for themselves. Little did they know that there was global demand for handmade American skis, and before long RMU had outgrown their small garage operation and turned to Never Summer Industries in Denver for production. Using Never Summer Industries production technologies and input from everyone who buys a pair of RMUs, the company designs and creates some of the highest quality handmade skis on the market.
