We work with the best manufacturers in the winter sports industry, but occasionally defects do occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect please contact us. We'll work with the manufacturer to determine if their warranty covers the damage. Determining if the issue is a manufacturing defect is solely up to the manufacturer, not Powder7. Please note, this process can take several weeks and we will keep you updated as we correspond with the manufacturer.

The Rictor 82XTi returns, unchanged, for the winter of 2015, except for an updated black-and-gray topsheet graphic. And that's good news. It remains the most versatile frontside ski in K2's fleet, delivering top shelf performance, excellent edge hold, and precision control. If you liked the stable and powerful Rictor of the past, this is your new toy. The addition of ROX Technology makes for an even smoother, energetic ride on any surface short of sidewalk cement, while the 10% tip rocker eases turn initiation and keeps the ski planing a bit higher in ungroomed snow. It's an impeccable choice as an East Coast skier's daily driver, or a groomed snow slayer for the big mountains out west--and it has the legions of fans to prove it.ROX Technology is a combination of the core, MOD Suspension, Carbon Web, and Speed Rocker technologies. All skis are designed with a primary core and structural layers that determine flex. K2's MOD Technology is a secondary core that acts as a suspension system quieting the ride of the ski without affecting flex. A raised X-shaped carbon support is laid on top of the MOD furthest from the core to increase torsional rigidity for greater edge hold. Carbon Web is located in the tail and the forebody of the ski increasing edge grip when and where you need it most.Ski Features:AT RoX TechnologyAspen/Paulownia Wood CoreMetal LaminateHybriTech SidewallProgressive SidecutMOD Technologies
